Shipping Information

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.
  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Exchange Policy

  • We allow exchanges for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect items sent.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of the products.
  • To be eligible for exchange:
    • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
    • Products must include all original tags and accessories (if applicable).
    • You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support with details about the issue and include photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges due to product defects or errors on our part will be covered by us.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges initiated for other reasons will be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, do not accept the package and contact us immediately.

Cancellation Policy
