Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Customers can request to cancel their order within 2 Days of placing it.
  • Cancellation requests must be made by contacting our customer support via email or phone.

After Cancellation Window

  • If the cancellation request is made after 12 hours or if the order has already been processed/shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Once an order is shipped, it is subject to our Shipping and Exchange Policy for returns or exchanges.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Orders cancelled within the allowed time frame will receive a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
