Refund Process

  • Refunds for payments made through Razorpay will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • The refund will be initiated by Emerald Glow Dental once the refund request is approved.

Refund Timeline

  • It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or card balance, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
  • Business days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Refund Charges

  • Razorpay does not charge any fee for processing refunds.
  • However, the transaction fee and GST levied at the time of the original payment capture are non-refundable and will not be credited back to the merchant or customer.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable if:
    • You cancel your order within the allowed cancellation window as per our Cancellation Policy.
    • You receive defective, damaged, or incorrect products as per our Shipping and Exchange Policy.
    • Other refund situations handled at the discretion of Emerald Glow Dental customer support.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact Emerald Glow Dental customer support with your order details and reason for the refund.
  • Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process with Razorpay.

Refund Status Tracking

After the refund is initiated, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference number to track the refund status with your bank or payment provider.
